Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. koi234 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify koi234 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your Account — or any balance held within it — to any other person.
koi234 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply to each payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of transaction. koi234 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, alternative arrangements may be made at koi234's discretion subject to successful identity verification.
All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager but will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is approved.
All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the koi234 platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
All promotional offers made available by koi234 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence.
Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. Unless otherwise stated, only eligible games contribute toward completing the wagering requirement.
koi234 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematically exploiting promotional terms, colluding with other players, or using automated betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may only be claimed once per household, device, or IP address. Existing Players or Players with previously closed Accounts are not eligible for welcome offers.
Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
koi234 reserves the right to accept, limit, or decline any bet at its sole discretion. The placement of a bet does not constitute acceptance; a bet is only accepted once confirmed by the platform's system with a unique transaction reference.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting interface and may vary by game type, market, or Player Account status.
In the event of a palpable error — including but not limited to incorrectly displayed odds, miscalculated payouts, or system malfunctions — koi234 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. koi234 will not honour winnings derived from obvious pricing errors.
For sports betting markets including football (EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and other competitions), MMA / UFC, and other sports, all bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform. In cases of match postponement, abandonment, or other events not covered by standard settlement rules, koi234's decisions shall be final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koi234 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All content on the koi234 platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, data, and databases — is the proprietary property of koi234 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. No content from the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of koi234.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. koi234 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled technical outages may occur.
koi234's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
koi234 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time and without prior notice if it reasonably suspects or determines that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting the koi234 support team via live chat or email. Requests for closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawals that meet verification requirements will be settled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Upon Account closure, all Bonus Balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited immediately. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the standard withdrawal process, subject to any outstanding compliance checks.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi234 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to koi234's internal dispute resolution process.
If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) calendar days of formal written notification to koi234, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
Players in Malaysia acknowledge that no dispute resolution mechanism under these Terms shall be construed as a submission to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts in relation to matters of online gambling regulation.
koi234 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a notification on the platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
